Construction update. Entrance to the parking lot from University Ave is blocked once again. There is no street parking on University between Cameron and McKay Ave. Also the sidewalk might be unavailable along with the front main entrance to the church. The hall entrance along with the door by the Memorial Garden will remain available for use. University is closed East of Cameron Ave. Access to the church parking lot is available still from the alley off Cameron Ave. Parking is also available at Mason school and the west lot of Dollarama.
Welcome to Church of the Ascension
As with each week we pray that Jesus will reach out and touch our hearts and fill us with the grace found in the love of God. We strive to follow Him faithfully each day, for we know that it is in adherence to His teaching and walking His way, that we will find the meaing for our lives. We hope that our prayers, fellowship, and liturgy will strenthen our spirit and give us a clear sense of who God is calling you to be as we build up His Kingdom in the midst of the world.
